ABOUT
Kellie Bellies Laughter offers laughter yoga classes that deliver the same health benefits as real laughter through a series of fun, light-hearted exercises combined with yoga breathing techniques—without the need for any actual yoga poses. Kellie first came across laughter yoga years ago but was too nervous to start, worried about what others might think. Despite her fears, she decided to give it a go and now runs her own classes, fully embracing the fun and unique nature of the practice. Her goal is to create a relaxed, supportive environment where people can laugh, de-stress and boost their well-being. Kellie’s focus is on having fun, being yourself, helping people let go of any self-consciousness and just enjoy the experience. She’s proud of taking that first step and continues to encourage others to give it a try because we all need more joy & laughter in our lives!
