ABOUT
Ren, a passionate mom of four and a vibrant advocate for self-care. She started her business, She Made, to help women prioritise themselves daily through meaningful rituals and self-care practices, going beyond the typical bath or Sunday routine. Inspired by her own experience, Ren began including her children in her morning affirmations, which led her to create 'I Am' Kids Affirmations after adapting the language for a younger audience.

She Made now offers workshops, retreats, and online products, with a strong focus on nurturing both personal well-being and positive mindsets in children. Its mission is to empower both mothers and their families, believing that a clear and aligned mindset can create a positive ripple effect in their lives.
