ABOUT
Allysha started her business in 2018 as a new mum to a 9-month-old, driven by a desire for flexibility and a passion for supporting women in business. Initially working as a Virtual Assistant, she soon realised her talent for strategic thinking and helping clients achieve their goals. After 18 months, she pivoted to becoming an Online Business Manager, a role that perfectly aligned with her skills and aspirations.

The Organised Boss specialises in streamlining back-end operations, refining processes, and helping clients to grow their business. Fuelled by a genuine passion for empowering others and a deep appreciation for the incredible, talented women she gets to work with every day.
