ABOUT
Previous to starting Wollongong Women in 2023, I ran my own health and fitness business for mums in Canberra from 2015-2022. During this time is where I gained valuable experience of running a business and thrived through having a community and creating opportunities for others to be part of something.

After seven years of this incredible journey, it was time to pass on the reins and pursue my life-long dream of living by the beach. The dream I had posted all over my vision board for years, a photo of a house overlooking the ocean, which became a reality as we secured a house in the Illawarra in January 2022.

I quickly found employment but with my entrepreneurial mindset I yearned at the thought of running my own business again. Trying to figure out what the next step in my life was, I reflected and wrote down the things I am good at, passionate about and enjoyed doing the most; and voila, Wollongong Women was the path I knew I had to take!
